Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains what data we collect when you use the beprogrammer platform (website beprogrammer.org, our Facebook & Instagram pages, and WhatsApp conversations), how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights.

1) Who We Are

beprogrammer is a programming-training academy operated by Al-Azeemah for Management Consulting and Training.

2) Data We Collect

A) Information you give us directly:

• Course enrolment / free-trial requests: name, phone (with country code), optional email, and the course you're interested in.
• Job applications: name, email, phone, country, city, age, marital status, target position, years of experience, expected salary, photo, and optional CV (via careers.php).
• WhatsApp or email conversations: your name, phone, and the content of the conversation.

B) Information generated when you use the platform:

• Login logs, lessons watched, test results, gamification points, and certificates.
• Approximate IP, browser, operating system, and device language (for security and fraud prevention only).

C) Cookies and tracking:

• Google Analytics (G-F3CRNX0CPV) — site traffic analytics.
• Meta Pixel (ID 380029857019338) and the Meta Conversions API — to measure the results of our Facebook/Instagram ads and to improve targeting.
• Essential session cookies to keep you signed in.

3) How We Use Your Data

• Deliver the training service (course access, progress tracking, certificates).
• Contact you about your enrolment, bookings, payments, and reminders.
• Reply to prospects who contact us from our ads.
• Measure Meta ad performance and improve targeting.
• Improve the platform and detect bugs.
• Accounting and legal purposes (invoices, financial records).

4) Our Use of Meta Products

• Meta Pixel: installed on our website; reports to Meta when a user takes a meaningful action (e.g. visits a course page or submits a signup form). Used for ad measurement and lookalike audiences.
• Conversions API (CAPI): our server mirrors the same events to Meta in hashed form, for better accuracy.
• Facebook / Instagram Ads: we run ads promoting our courses.
• WhatsApp Business: used to receive prospect enquiries from our ads and to provide support.
• Custom Audiences: we upload lists of our students' and prospects' phone numbers and emails to Meta after hashing them locally with SHA-256. These lists are used to:
  • Create Lookalike Audiences — find people similar to our students.
  • Exclude current students from enrolment ads.
  • Re-engage past prospects with new content.
  Meta never receives raw phone numbers or emails.
• "Beprogrammer Ads Monitor" app: an internal tool built by our team on the Facebook Developer Platform to manage our own ad account and read our own ad statistics. The app does not accept logins from any external user and does not collect any data from Facebook users. It is used only by the owner of the ad account.

5) Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — via Pixel, CAPI, and hashed custom audiences as described above.
• Google LLC — via Google Analytics.
• InMotion Hosting — our hosting provider.
• Cloudflare — CDN and security.
• Judicial authorities — only if required by a formal legal order.

Payments: all payments are currently handled offline (cash, bank transfer, or CliQ). We do not enter your payment details into any online payment gateway.

6) Security and Retention

• Entire site served over HTTPS (Let's Encrypt certificate).
• Passwords are hashed; never stored in plain text.
• Account data is kept for the duration of your subscription + a reserve period for reactivation.
• Payment records and invoices may be retained for several years for accounting and legal reasons.
• Audience lists uploaded to Meta are periodically refreshed; any phone that has requested deletion is removed.

7) Your Rights

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion Instructions).
• Object to the use of your data for advertising — we will immediately remove your phone from Meta audiences we have uploaded.
• Request a copy of your data.

8) Children

The "Kids Games" section (beprogrammer.org/kids) is a set of free educational games requiring no login and collecting no personal data.

Full course enrolment is open to users aged 13 and above. Minors under 18 require parental consent, and a parent may request access to or deletion of their child's data via the email above.

9) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or via a message to our students. The date at the top reflects the last update.
